For more than a year and a half, they’ve been pestering me to join their service. We were interested in Tramways in Chester, and they promised us £200 cash back. We decided to go ahead with them, and I asked in September about when we’d see that cash back, expecting it in December. Here we are in February, and I still haven’t seen a single penny. Seriously, steer clear of them, don’t even ask questions—just go straight to Tramways and book directly. UNIACCO is nothing but a pack of liars.

These folks are really helpful! Shirin Khan, the agent, assisted me in securing a room in a five-bedroom flat in Perth, WA, right in the middle of a rental crisis in Australia. I’ve got a place to call home now and have settled into my new digs. Totally happy with the service I received.

I received my accommodation right on schedule, and it matched the listing perfectly. I was lured in by a promise of a £100 Cashback if I settled the full amount before their deadline. It was pricey, but I thought that Cashback would make it worthwhile, so I went ahead and paid. They told me I’d receive the Cashback after moving in. After I settled in, I reached out to the Uniacco agent about my Cashback, and she informed me it would take 3 months. Fast forward 3 months, and still no Cashback. I followed up, and she told me to send an email, assuring me it would be disbursed in 21 days. A whole month went by, and I hadn’t heard a peep. When January rolled around, I started texting them non-stop. They kept sending me in circles until I finally threatened to report them for fraud. They were super sketchy, but in the end, I did get my money. So, the takeaway? Avoid booking with Uniacco; they’re really deceitful.
